    Hi,
    i am getting following error msg ORA-03113 end-of-file on communication channel

    once this error msg Occurs , loses the service and when we try to reboot it , RBS gets corrupted. we are facing this problem more often now .
    we did recover the RBS last week and now the problem occurs again.if some one can tell what seems to be causing this problem .
