DDV(data dictionary views)-creation

Hi

I would like to know when DDVs(data dictinary views) are created.
when i install oracle itself i will be having all dpt(dyanamic perfomance tables what about ddv's do we need to run some scripts to generate the ddv's or system creates it while installation)

If so where will be the scripts available to create all ddv's

I think Oracle8i onwards you don't need to run them; installation runs it for you at the end.
