Lightbulb DML Sentences role in Data Dictionary

    Dear Friends, hi,
Changing Data dictionary by DML Sentences (e.g Insert, Delete, Update,...), Will be possible? Or just by DDL Sentences? Please explain with an example. Thank you

first of all why do you need to change data dictionrary? It is not recommended / allowed to change data dictionary and it leads to corruption.

Try hard to get what you like OR you will be forced to like what you get.

    Bad, but possible!
However, these changes will be done by DML commands? So, we can manipulate the data in data dictionary؟

Everytime you create or alter an object, you are changing the data dictionary, which is fine. But don't manually update any data dictionary table.
