ora-01031 - insuffcient previleges with sys as sysdba
hi,
I am using oracle 9i release 2 , with windows 2003 server.
while connecting with database user "sys" at sql prompt,
sql> conn sys as sysdba
it is showing ora-01031 insufficient previleges.
I am trying this on the server system itself i.e where database installed.
plz suggest the solution.
I am able to connect using "system" user.
