    Export OR EXPDP

    Hello,

    two questions ..

    (1) How could I export ONLY the data, no package informations. Is the following command correct?

    nohup exp user/password file=file1.dmp log=file.log owner=owner rows=yes indexes=no &

    (2) How could I export ONLY the metadata like package, procedures (No data)etc?

    Thanks

    Cool

    To achieve both, you would need to use datapump.

    Sure, but how? I am not expert in datapump. An example of both scenarios will be very helpful.

    ...by taking advantage of CONTENT parameter?

    Code:
    CONTENT={ALL | DATA_ONLY | METADATA_ONLY}
