    Oracle 11g agent issue..

    Hi,

Recently upgraded to oracle 11g. We were not using agent in 10g.

    $ORACLE_HOME/sysman is existing.

When try to see the status of agent it says.

    $ORACLE_HOME/servername_SID/sysman/config does not exist.
Where as I have the directory ORACLE_HOME/sysman/config does not exist.

    How to fix this issue.

I assume you are NOT talking about EM Grid control agent.

Therefore, if you were not using agent in 10g, did you ever even configure EM?
If you did configure EM dbconsole, then you could re-config, other wise you may need to install EM dbconsole:

    Code:
     ## Create
emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create

    ## Reconfig
emca -config dbcontrol db -repos recreate
