    Oracle Licensing policy

    Hi

I am using Intel server which would act as a failover when my primary Intel server goes down , I understand from oracle licensing policy that Oracle permits usage of secondary server for a maximum of 10 calender days w/o licensing it. if the usage is more than 10 days the secondary server also needs to be licensed. Does any body faced a situation where he/ she had to get both the servers licensed.
