Query/Issue after adding a Second application node

Hi Friends


1. I have two node application server(uk1sauxlshz002 ,uk1sauxlshz005) and database node(uk1sauxrac001) running on one node.

2.All webcomponenets and CM are on the Application server and PCP is not configured

3.Second node of application was added by executing following below steps :

a.Preclone the first application node

b.Copy to the second application server

c."perl adcfgclone.pl" appsTier on second application node

d. Load the environment by loading the appsora.env

e.addnode on the second application node .

f.Run auotoconfig on the database tier

g.Run autoconfig on the first application node(uk1sauxlshz002)-----Primary Node

h.Run autoconfig on the second application node (uk1sauxlshz005)----Secondary Node

i.Run autoconfig on the first application node (uk1sauxrac001)

So resulting I am having two URLs to enter into the system:

1.http://uk1sauxlshz002.corpnet2.com:8000/

2.http://uk1sauxlshz005.corpnet2.com:8000/

Now when I use "http://uk1sauxlshz002.corpnet2.com:8000" - I am able to enter into teh system and submitted the Active user report successfully

But when I use "http://uk1sauxlshz005.corpnet2.com:8000/" (which is the secondary node) , I am able to get the E-Business Suite Login page by this url ,and as soon as I give the username and password(sysadmin/sysadmin) , it's calling or switching to the first node application URL e.g. http://uk1sauxlshz002.corpnet2.com:8..._HTML/----page , and then I am able to submit the Active user report.

So can you please tell us that is this a correct behavior ? and If it is not the expected result

we should finish the active user report in the http://uk1sauxlshz005.corpnet2.com:8000 itself

Please advise the action plan to correct this.

There are some other steps listed at the end of the Rapid Clone guide - did you do those too?

Yes I followed all steps from the document •230672.1,
IS there any specific steps you are talking about? Can you please specify so that I can reconfirm it
