oracle forms server installation - O.S problem

hi, plz clarify my doubt.

can i install forms server ( developer 6i) on windows XP??
will it work as application server for running the forms through internet browser?? when i tried to install oracle forms server it showed the
message like 'some files can be installed under windows NT only.
continue to install other files y/n? '
Is Windows NT compulsary for implementing forms server??

6i is ancient and desupported for the most part. Forms Developer works on XP.
