not required. Please check if it is downloaded completely. The size should be 206MB.

Not sure what other problems you have in your system. Is service pack & all the windows updates including .NET Framework are in place?

i want to install oracle 10g database server on windows server 2003.
please provide me the link for downloading the setup.
You can download it from the same place from where you downloaded XE. Search for it.

    Thanks,

    Install oracle 10g (oracleXEuniv.exe) - Fix

I had the same problem. You need to add the .exe extension to the filename. Go into your Folder Options -> View and uncheck "hide extensions for known file types", then go to your file and add the .exe extension.
