if the database size is 100gb,then how much size should be given for datafiles.
when you create the tablespace usually we specity the
size of the data file . Any size in MBs can be suggested
preferbly in 100's of sizes (like 500mb or 600 mb etcc.)
with autoextend option.
What kind of storage? cooked filesystems? raw devices? asm?

Usually you plan for at least two datafile sizes - but sizes and number of them will depend on above questions.
