Change host name

What has to change in Oracle if the name of the database server computer is changed? (NT platform)

Host name in Listener, and Host name in TNSNames

If your host name on the physical machine had changed, change the host name of the old name with the new on on the following

listerner.ora
tnsnames.ora ( on the server/clients)

If you are using the OEM, then you have to rediscover the node with the new host name.

If you are running OAS then check your configuarations again.

If you are running the name server change the host name of your system there too.

also check all your sqlnet.ora files to make sure things aren't hard coded any where.
