mismatch in number of columns in table definition and csv file.

I have some ten coulumns defined in my table. I have to load data from CSV file to the table using sql loader. But there are 11 columns in my csv file and the extra column comes in the middle of the csv file. Please let me know how to skip this column while data other than modifying the csv file.

Just specify each desired column on control file.

    Cool Filler it up.

Maybe if you check the fine OracleŽ Database Utilities manual, you would find the solution in the "FILLER" option.
