flashback problem after applying PSU 9119284

I am running 10.2.0.4 and had flashback turned on in my database. I applied PSU 9119824 and after going through all the steps for the patch, when I started the database up for dunning the post installation steps (Scripts) I got an error that it could not turn on flash back dataabse. I had to mount the dba and turn off flashback, then open the database. I performed all the post installation steps and shutdown the database then mounted it and turned back on flashback and opened it. no errors. It is not a big deal, because I worked around it and flashback is turned on,I was just wondering if anyone might have seen the same thing?

I looked through the alert log and did not see anything, and I didn't write down the ORA error. Sorry. It is going to be hard to help with out the actual
error, i know. I was just wondering if anyone else that applied the patch had the issue. No big deal, like I said I turned flashback off started it to complete my work then turned flash back on once I was done. Just more of an anoyance then a real problem.
