o/s-error: (os 333) the process cannot access the file because another process has loced a portion of the file because another process has locked a portion of the file.

autamatic datafile offline due to write error on file7.

i increase the size of the file by adding a new data file but it won't help the still coming back after we shutdown the instant and restart it after a while.

    help us .. thank you

shutdown the database....and startup in mount stage. since you say that the datafile is already offline......offline that particular tablespace and open the database. from the mount stage try to recover the tablespace , once that is done open the database with resetlog option.

once everything is running fine do not forget to run the DBVERIFY utility to check the datafiles for block corruption.
