database upgradation
Hi,
I am running oracle database 9.2.0.1.0. i want to upgrade database to version 9.2.0.8.0. how can i upgrade to 9.2.0.8.0 without applying patchset from metalink? i dont have access to metalink. please suggest if you have other way to upgrade to 9.2.0.8.0 without applying patchset from metalink?
help is appreciated.

you need to download from metalink and install.
if you dont have access - get access, there is no other way

any particular reason to stay on Ora9i?
