    What certification for beginners in Oracle (Database)?

    I want to get started in Oracle Database area. Want to shoot for a certification!
    Is it a good idea to start with 1z0-007 (Introduction to Oracle 9i)?

    Hi Shahed. Anyway, to be an OCA you need to pass one SQL exam. You can take 1z0-007

    why would you certify in products many many years old?

    For start learning of Oracle DBA track, better start with SQL. It is best choice for you.
