    Flushing session UNDO

Is there a way to flush session undo?

Our connection pool sessions are retaining lob locators in undo for the life of the session and eventually causing ora-1555 errors.

You can manually release the pointers in your code.
This looks like a coding issue, not a database issue.

What does the syntax look like for manually releasing pointers?
