    cannot connect to the citrix presentation server

    Hi,

    I have citrix PS4.0 server. When the users want to login into the application they receiving the massage: "cannot connect to the citrix presentation server, the citrix presentation server is not available please try again later". But the CPU and memory on the those server is o.k (application Servers)


    To completely solve the problem I was have to REBOOT THOSE SERVERS.

    Can someone help me to solve this issue completely....
