    Hi,

The system has 4 CPUs and 4GB RAM Memory. Currently, the IIS Web server also is running on this box, but we're moving it to another server soon.
The database size about 10GB. The biggest table has 5 million rows, second biggest table has 2 million rows. The performance gets hurt and slow inconsistently. Sometimes, it gets really slow after few hours useage. Not necessary 'after the bulk load or bulk import'. I checked the shared memory pool, and it wasn't full at that time. The reboot/restart the instance doesn't solve the issue.

why dont you trace your processes and see what the problem is rather than guessing?

I think u are confusing facts here.

You saying there are bad SQL and AWR report does not have any wait events related to them. CAn you upload (do not copy paste) AWR report when performance is bad?

    How many cores cpu got?

    Hi,

How many jobs are running in the database at same time? Check job queue status and check its track and tracing.

    Thanks and regards,
    Gitesh
