Could you please help solve this issue?

Offline the file 1001 ,open database and Drop and recreate the temp tablespace ,if its is true temporary tablespace just drop the tempfile..

Did you just clone that database? If so you need to delete the temp files in the database clone before you clone. Otherwise you need to drop and recreate the temp tablespaces after you clone. In my testing of cloning via RMAN, I found that I does not take much more time to just delete all of the datafiles before I do the clone.

except that we have to make the source database read only, what are the other differences? In essence, i have not found any.
