!Oerr ORA 00904, Career opportunities for freshers in DBA field

Friends while executing a query in unix if we get any error say ORA-00904
now if we want to get the explanation for that error we issue the command
!oerr ORA 00904
Similar way how to get the explanation of error in Windows
