    Hi,
    Can anybody give me some idea about intelligent agents and how I should install it. I've started my management server but as there is no intelligent agent, I couldn't use the service. Please clarify me...

    The intelligent agent is started at the listener of the database. The IA typically gets installed with the listener, unless you specifically exclude it from the installation. You can start the agent with the command below:
    lsnrctl dbsnmp_start
