Database upgrade from 9.2.0.8 to 10.2.0.4 on unix

Hi All
I am about to do a database upgrade from 9.2.0.8 to 10.2.0.4 on unix and was wondering if anyone can provide a step by step guide or any document I can follow as this is my first time
