Rman Backup Issue

i deleted all datafile at the operating system level
before deleting i took whole database backup after tha
when i m trying to restore whole backup the following error occur
what is the problem and how to solve it

Have you verified the directory exists with the appropriate permissions and that there is enough disk space ?
