Dataguard for more than 1 standby databases

    Hi there!!!
I'm running oracle 10.2.0.4 database with RAC(2 nodes) on Linux. I managed to configure one physical standby database with dataguard. My question is:
Is it possible to set up another physical standby database with/without dataguard? Which parameters i would need to add? Any available documentation?

    Regards

dataguard is just another term for standby

what do you actually want to do, do you mean the dataguard broker?

    Yes:

    a) Cascading archive logs -- or --
    b) Another log_archive_dest_n

    Hi there!!!
I really appreciate your response, but let me ask this question:
Is it possible to setup the dataguard broker for more than 1 standby database? The primary database is in RAC(2 nodes).

    Cool Yes

Yes, check it out in the fine Oracle® Data Guard Concepts and Administration:

    a) Cascaded destinations.
    b) Standby database(s)

Ooops, here is the 10g manual.
