Metric and Policy Settings
Did you check the description in Metric and Policy Settings?
That should give you a clue as to the corrective action.

Hello LKBrwn_DBA,
Many Thanks for your Reply,
I have View Policy Rule Settings , but I don’t know how to do it,
For example for Server Parameter File Permission(Windows) , it says
Category: Security
Description: Ensures that access to the server paramater file is restricted to the owner of the Oracle software set and the DBA group
Policy Evaluation: Enabled
How can I do the restriction?
please advise
Thanks again

WinDoze c.r.a.p.
Ensure that access to the server parameter file is restricted to the owner of the Oracle software set and the DBA group
This is basic WinDoze security stuff, if you do not know anything about this, you may want to post a question in some WinDoze forum.
Good Luck!
