    Define MySQL table as an external table on Oracle side and just move the data over;
    OR
    Export MySQL data to a flat file and SQL*Loader it into Oracle.

    What do you got so far?

    Doesn't mysqldump have an "Oracle compatible" option where it generates Oracle syntax?

    Have you done any research on your own?

    We have already provided enough information for you to get started -- or do you also want us to do the work for you?
