    Oracle Enterprice manager cannot connect to the databse instance?

    Hi

    Can u help me with my problem i install oracle database correctry and create a databse correctly. After that i try to start Enterprice manager and at the top it says Enterprice manager cannot connect to the databse instance.

    i instaled Oracle 10.2 on windows xp sp3.
    i instaled as my own user, and the same error apear when i start it as my own user or as administrator.

    any help, useful links...??
