Help Migrating from Informix to Oracle

Hi,
I'm actually a trainee and as i have requested, I need to do a feasibility study on migrating the database from Infrmix to Oracle. Since still i'm in starting phase of this my study, i need to study the advantages and dis advantages of migrating to Oracle, Data type compatibility, cost of this migrations, how this migration can be performed easily (tools, techniques...)... those sort things should be considered. I will be very thankful if i can get support from here. If you give some useful website addresses which fulfill my requirements, that also will be very helpful.
