Redo logs & oracle versions
Hi DBA Gurus, greetings.
i've a couple of questions, pls clarify me.
1) Can we able to resize the redo logs? if so what is the command?
2)how to see the version of our Oracle from the operating system(UNIX or LINUX)? What is the latest updated version of Oracle10g?
Thanks in advance
do you have an aversion to reading the manuals, or using google for such simple questions
as my redo logs are big so i thought i could resize it to save some space.
pls temme whether it can be resized or it can only be dropped and rebuild?
and wat is the UNIX command to see the version of the oracle?
...not to mention poster appears to have developed a resistance to Dave's clues
