    Redo logs & oracle versions

    Hi DBA Gurus, greetings.

i've a couple of questions, pls clarify me.

    1) Can we able to resize the redo logs? if so what is the command?

2)how to see the version of our Oracle from the operating system(UNIX or LINUX)? What is the latest updated version of Oracle10g?

    Thanks in advance

He is not a dba. Appears he had an 'argument' with their DBA and wants to prove something....only is is going about it the lazy way...
