    Hi,
One of my developers complained to me that one of the tables in her schema was missing. My question is that is there any way to find out who dropped the table and when? Any help would be appreciated.

Noway, unless audit enabled on users activity at session level.
see what rsuri suggested works if you are using 8i. Follow this link on How to use Logminer.

You may try running Log Miner on the current Redo Logs (or archived logs if it has been archived); I am not sure though if DDLs are recorded there.
