v$option - installed but ever used?

I can see from v$option what options are installed (This is 10.2.0.4) but is there any way to see if the particular installed option is being used? (ie) Trying to see if I can uninstall an option without upsetting the database.

    Check LAST_USAGE_DATE in DBA_FEATURE_USAGE_STATISTICS.
