    Change DB_CHARACTER_SET

    Hi all
    I have a created a 10.2.0.4 Database with WE8ISO8859P1 character set. Now the application team requested to have it changed to AL32UTF8

    What is the best approach to change the character set and is there a document that will show me step by step?
