PC configuration means hardware level like AMD Phenom™ X4 or any other intel processor (quad or 7i etc.), motherboard intel or asus, memory etc.
Which system configuration is better for RAC configuration at PC level? Mainly i want 64 bit PC for support RAC configuration

Shall we understand you are building a personal Oracle RAC lab in a single box?
As pointed by Dave there are lots of step-by-step guides out there about how to build such a thing on top of vmware, just google.
In regards to hardware, being a personal lab use whatever piece of hardware you can get your hands on, the cheaper the better.

Couple of weeks back I have purchased Dell XPS 430 desktop with the below configuration. I have installed 2 node RAC on this desktop using VMWare Server. It is working fine for me.
*Intel® Core™2 Q6600 Quad-Core (8MB L2 cache,2.4GHz,1066FSB)
*8GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz - 4 DIMMs
*Genuine Windows Vista® Home Premium Edition SP1, 64-Bit
*1TB (2*500GB) - 7200RPM, SATA 3.0Gb/s, 16MB Cache
Thanks,
