Why don't you use netmgr to recreate those files based on your server name , database name, port, and whether or not you use IP filtering?

Any DBA sloppy enough to "lose" files required for the operation of a database --and-- cannot (or does not know how) to recover them, besides being an 1d10t deserves to be fired.
