Mount Point gets Filled Up
Hi,
We are facing a situation while working on Oracle 10.1.0.4.0 with OS as RHEL 3
Firstly DB gets hang, when we restart DB it start with using 50% of memory with is a normal situation,
but with in 10 minutes, it uses all memory, full swap memory and 100% of mount point assigned to Oracle
Then again DB gets hang. A trace file gets generated of about size 2.7 GB.
If we delete the trace file DB works normal for some time and again comes back to hanging position after 8-10 minutes.
What the reasons for this and any possible remedy may please be posted
With regards
