    create a servicelog

    Hi,

    how i create a servielog for new db for cloning purpose.

    Davey what he meant is service request on Metalink :-)
    You need to have a support contract with oracle for that and if you have a support contract then you might be having a CSI number use that to register yourself and create a service request.
