Oracle 9i - number of transactions per table/user

    Hello,

I'm troubleshooting a 9i (on AIX) database that's performing badly.

In the process I've spotted a few tables that I do not recognise that are rather large and fragmented and I'm curious to know how frequently these are being used.

Is there a way I can pull figures for how often certain objects are accessed? And the associated load these put on the DB?

Thanks in advance, finding the site very useful!

    .
    1) Check that your statistics are up to date.

    2) Install the STATSPACK package (?/rdbms/admin/spcreate).

    3) Also, the number of transactions per table could be monitored by setting "MONITORING" on such tables.

    becase the operation use archivelog,
    1、if few impact the database
