Starting Enterprise Manager for 10g DB in Memory Access Mode

    Hi,

I just wonder if is it possible to start EM(for Oracle 10g) by default in "Memory Access Mode" mode ? If so, then how to configure EM to start in this mode, because when my system is heavily loaded, I can not even start EM in standard(SQL Access) mode? I've googled nearly half of a day without answers to this issue...
    Any ideas are welcome!

Yes, I've found the same info myself, but it is useless though...
As I said, I cannot even normally start EM when system is slow/hung!

    From (http://www.oracle.com/technology/pub...part2.html#sga) excerpt:

"Here's how it works: In the Oracle Enterprise Manager UI, choose the Performance tab and scroll down to the bottom of the page, to the section labeled Related Links...Note the link called "Monitor in Memory Access Mode." ... Note the "View Mode" drop-down menu in which the "Memory Access" option is selected."

This is useless in my situation anyway...

em should always be running, not just when you want to use it
