Hi Pavb
No offence but people before asking a question and after receiving a reply should put in some effort from thier end .
Sometimes i have too dot net and sometimes storeage but i put in more effort as those are not my feilds before asking a question on a forum.
There are many people here who come and ask on hwo to recover a database or my datafile is lost for such folks i would advise them to HIRE a dba.
regards
Hrishy

hehehehe.... dude, to set your ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID on windows:
c:\> set ORACLE_SID=
c:\> set ORACLE_HOME=
... to check the environment ...
c:\> set ora
... remember these settings will be lost when you close your command prompt window....
to set it permanently, set it in the advanced properties on "My Computer"
Dear Friends,
Thanks for support. now my tnsping is working fine on Oracle RAC DB with 2 instance.
simply I added below path in sqlnet.ora file with same tnsnames.ora.
NAMES.DIRECTORY_PATH= (LDAP, TNSNAMES, EZCONNECT, ONAMES, HOSTNAME)
Once again thanks for given time.
Best Regards,
dba
