this is my problem this I got this message:

ORA-27040: skgfrcre: create error, unable to create file
OSD-04002: unable to open file
O/S-Error: (OS 5) Access is denied.
then the db went into a hung state what must I do to resolve this
Is the E: drive a mapped drive ? Is it available ?
Can you connect to the drive and see the contents under 'E:\ORADATA' directory ?
Is there enough space available on this drive for Archives ?
Hi, the reason being is that Oracle cannot recognize the online redo log files.

Bounce the db and switch a logfile or two.
Is E network drive. If so some probably some one has remove the access to it.
