Getting ORA-01031 Error at the time of export

Hello All,

i am using below command to export user called 'Prashant' in Oracle 8.1.6

Host exp userid='sys/sys as sysdba' owner=prashant file=d:\backup\prashant.dmp log=d:\backup\prashant.log

At the time of Exporting Schema, it gives me error ORA-01031 Insufficient Priviledges

Can any one help me how to resolve this error???

your OS user id doesnt have priveleges to connect as sysdba

then wt steps should i have to follow?

I mean wt should i have to do for giving priveleges to os user...
