I do have one user called 'GS20012002' In Oracle 8i. Now i want that user's all data into my Oracle 9i Database. I have created user 'gs20012002' in oracle 9i.
I want to perform Export/Import.

Some authors argue there is not such a thing as the "perfect syntax", you may want to settle with one that works for you.
Let me add two hints to Dave's post...
1- Check exp/imp compatibility matrix -Metalink
2- When following Dave's directions direct your attention to fromuser/touser options
