    Keep track of changed init parameters

    I would like to know if we have any dictionary table which tells us the last DATE when any parameter got changed or removed in SP or Init parameter file.

    An early response will be highly appreciated.

    no views tells you the exact date

    if you are in 10g you can look DBA_HIST_PARAMETER
