Time Unit in Sec or Mili Sec?

I am very confused with the time, are thay in Seconds or Mili seconds

    for example:

Elapsed times include waiting on following events:
Event waited on Times Max. Wait Total Waited
    ---------------------------------------- Waited ---------- ------------
    SQL*Net message to client 172176 0.00 0.07
    SQL*Net message from client 172181 277.29 439.32

Max Wait : 277.29 and total Waited: 439.32 ------------ is it in Seconds?

And also in V$SQL, the elapsed time or CPU_TIME are they in Seconds.

    Regards

depends on version, view and column name

it can be microseconds, milliseconds, centiseconds or seconds

Sure, I will ... by the time here is the detail

    the DB version is 10.2.0.2

call count cpu elapsed disk query current rows
    ------- ------ -------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ----------
    Parse 1 0.00 0.00 0 0 0 0
    Execute 1 0.00 4.88 0 6 0 0
    Fetch 0 0.00 0.00 0 0 0 0
    ------- ------ -------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- ----------
    total 2 0.00 4.88

Does the above 4:88 signify 4 minutes and 88 seconds? Thats how at least I am reading. Want to get confirmed from you.

    Regards
