    Exclamation Oracle10g RAC, how to check heat beating in AIX

    Dear Friends,

    Please I need to check Network/cluster Heart Beat in Two Instance RAC on AIX 5.3.

    Please help me out.

    I have to check network heat beat between the two nodes, that nodes are in clusterware (Oracle 10g RAC), that nodes are connected to storange (SAN).

    I have to check how is stronge my network between two nodes. if one is failure how much it take time to switch other node.

    I need to check connection heat heat or whatever you say...


    Please help me out.

    Maybe you mean Heart Beat?

    The Heart beat is maintained by Oracle Cluster Ready Services, check the fine Oracle manual on this subject.
