    ASM to Non-ASM Cloning

    Hi,

    I have backed up the database using the following RMAN command.

    rman> BACKUP AS COPY DATABASE FORMAT '/backup/%U';

    Now, i want a controlfile to Clone the database.

    How can extract the Trace controlfie, which will be having the same naming format as that of the datafile copy.

    If i say backup to trace, i get the trace file with Volumes like +DATA.....

    But, i want in the same format as that of the backup take
