If you are using NT, go to your services and startup the OracleSIDManagement server service. Then log on.

Hi,
Thanks for ur suggestion..But when I tried that, I'm getting this error.. I forgot to mention this before!!!
When I try to start up the server, it gives this message:
"Couldn't start the OracleManagementServer Service on local
computer

How can I find the overlapping operation???!!!
Could u please help..Thanks..

Basically, it says that you have checked the "Do not save username and password" check box , so a workaround is entering the OEM Configuration Assistant and uncheck it.
