    Talking

Oracle version 10g already has an integrated Enterprise Manager.

Use the emca utility to configure it.

    Cool

Should be under $ORACLE_HOME/bin on *nix and under Start> All Programs> {Oracle Home}>Configuration and Migration Tools on WinDoze.

    Or, just search for emca*

There are only 2 tools present in the specified location

    start>programs>oracle_home.configuration and migration

    1. Net configuration Assistant and
    2. Net Manager

Jus wonderong whats wrong with it?

OEM is web based, but you still have to use the emca utility to create the local repository (if you did not select the EM option when creating a database).

In WinDoze, it's emca.bat under the %ORACLE_HOME%\bin directory.

Also the '10g client' source download brings a 'limited functionality' desktop version of OEM when you install the Administrator option.
